What to expect from your coaching sessions

Coaching sessions can be online video calls, telephone calls, or maybe, post COVID – face to face once again. They’re usually 1-2 hours long, and conversation based.

Whilst the tools & techniques drawn upon vary, as your Coach I will:

LISTEN  

Without judgement & ALWAYS confidentially – I’m your Coach not your boss, your partner, your kids or your best friends – I’m there for YOU, to support YOUR agenda, to listen to what you think, feel, or are challenged by.

OBSERVE

Sometimes you simply can’t see what is staring you in the face.  Having a coach is a bit like having a talking mirror – someone who can play back to you things you may not even realise you say or do!

We all get stuck in story-loops from time to time & need a nudge to move on, whether that’s a killer question, a book or article to read, or an idea for something to take away and try.

SUPPORT

I’m both your cheerleader & your whistleblower – there to help you action plan, get energised and motivated and stay on track, or help you work out what de-rails you. As a slowly reforming perfectionist myself I know exactly how hard it is to get better at recognising success & setting more realistic self expectations.
